Hello guys, I’m Quỳnh Anh!!! Today, let’s take a walk around the office of Vietnam company.
In Vietnam, we usually take a lunch break from 11:30 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 13:30. Currently, private companies or foreign companies have less lunch breaks, only about 1 hour, while Vietnamese companies still take about 1 and a half hours. Normally, I will bring a lunch box from home or order rice outside, not waste too much time, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Some people sleep on their desks or recline their chairs to sleep.

Some colleagues bring blankets and rugs to sleep on the floor.
If you don’t sleep, you can relieve your stress in other ways. But be careful not to make noise to lose everyone’s sleep!
Because life in Vietnam starts early, usually from 7:30 or 8:00 am. So I think taking a short nap after lunch is very good, helps to keep the mind awake, and works much more efficiently in the afternoon. Science also proves that napping is a good habit!
