On February 20, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, at an event held at Gia Dinh People’s Hospital, Hanoi L&C Academy was extremely honored to accompany the strategic partner of the Korean International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (KOICA) and the Korean Public Health Association in the training program and associated with the hospital in Vietnam.
Gia Dinh People’s Hospital welcomes the delegation of the Korea International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (KOICA), and the Korean public health association to visit and work at the hospital, within the framework of the cooperation between units on customer care and human resource training program.
The two sides had discussions and development orientations in communication, customer care as well as long-term cooperation between the two units. The Korean representative also had reports on the content of the cooperation program including: training, installation of customer care equipment and upcoming processes.
