2. STUDY PLAN FOR KIDS.

The English study plan for children from 3 to 12 years old is based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and Cambridge divided into 14 levels. In there:

–  Starters level (or Beginner)

• Point: 0-20/90 points
• Level: 6 level – Starters1- 6. Each level will study in 2-3 months
• The result: Children can understand, read, pronounce and write the alphabet. Start knowing  basic vocabulary starting with letters like A, Apple ,… Z zoo. Listen to recognize sound names, words in letters. The first step to recognize numbers and colors. Can speak simple sentences, know how to use learned words and apply them to communication sentences. Listen and understand the commands in the classroom. know hello, thank you and goodbye

–  Movers level (or Elementary)

• Point: 20-30/90 points
• Level: 3 level – Movers 1-3. Each level will study in 6 months
• The result:  Children can understand and use familiar everyday structures; basic words that meet specific communication needs. Can introduce themselves and others; can respond to information about themselves such as where they live, relatives/friends, etc. Can communicate simply if the interlocutor speaks slowly, clearly and is willing to interact and help.

– Flyers level (KET/ Pre Intermediate):

• Point: 30-40/90 points
• Level: 3 3 level  Flyers 1-3. Each level will study in 6 months
• The result: Children can understand frequently used sentences and structures related to basic communication needs (such as information about family, self, shopping, asking directions, jobs). Can exchange information on simple, familiar everyday topics. Can give simple descriptions of self, surroundings, and basic needs.

– PET Level ( or intermediate)

• Point: 40-50/90 points
• Level: PET1 và PET2. Each level will study in 9 months
• The result: After completing the  PET  level, can understand the main ideas of a clear, standard passage or speech on familiar topics in work, school, leisure, etc. Can process most situations occur when visiting an area where that language is spoken. Can write simple passages related to familiar topics or of personal interest. Can describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes and ambitions, and can briefly state reasons, explanations for opinions and plans.

• Learner:  3-6 year-old kid, first time studying English.
